Who we are
Freedom Homes Buyer is the seller-facing brand of Gary DJ Gagne Jr. Office: 1368 Acushnet Avenue, New Bedford, MA 02746. Site email: marketing@freedomrltygroup.com. Phone: (774) 361-2794.
What we collect
When you use Email Us or Don’t see your town, we collect the fields you type: property address, name, phone, email, contact preference, and any note you add. Calls to the number on this site may be recorded or tracked through CallRail so we know which page you called from. The site may set cookies used by WordPress, analytics, and form tools.
Where that information goes
Form submissions go to the inbox at marketing@freedomrltygroup.com and into FollowUpBoss, the CRM Gary’s office uses to return your message. We do not sell your name, phone, or address to a list broker. We use the information to evaluate the house and to contact you the way you asked.
How long we keep it
We keep seller inquiries while the conversation is open and as long as we need them for a sale, a tax record, or a legal hold. You can email marketing@freedomrltygroup.com to ask what we have on file.
Third parties
Bluehost hosts the site. CallRail may process call data. FollowUpBoss stores the lead. Google Analytics or similar tools may collect anonymous use data if those tags are on. Each company has its own privacy policy.
Children
This site is for adults selling Massachusetts houses. We do not seek information from children.
Changes
